I have a show coming up at the end of May and started my precontest diet already, I want an opinion if I should add in Priviron or Arimidex to help harden up the last 6 weeks out? My cycle is like this now

Parabolan 300mg week (BD)
Masteron Enantahte 300mg wk (BD)
Test Prop 100mg eod
t3 50mcg ed going to 100mcg ed by 4 weeks out
HGH 5ius ed split into 2 doses 2iu in morning and 3 iu after pm workout
IGF 50mcg per day after training
Clen 100mcg ed with 50mg of benadryl every 3 weeks before bed

So what should I do and also should I take the test out and if so when? I am 210 lbs at 8% BF and must get down to 198lbs atleast at 7% or lower. Also any suggestions on calorie intake for being 8 weeks out? I am approx at 2500calories right now with approx 250grams of those being protein, any diet tips would help, I train 5 days per week and do cardio 45 min 5 days per week after training, I would like to do it in the morning on an empty stomach but my schedule doesnt allow it.....Any suggestions would be great. BTW I am new to this board and glad to be here, I came over from BM where I am a vet.....Thanks fellas.....Looks like I will be over here alot, alot of knowledge here.......JF
 
Bro, you need to hire a contest prep coach. You have lots of questions and need someone to work one on one with you.
 
my advice would be to use the test, masteron, and tren in an upramping cycle starting 12 weeks out and tapering up slightly every 2 weeks.

Dont discount the value of site enhancement with those compounds either(ED shots of an even mixture in the bodyparts you want to bring up would work wonders)

Id start the Clen week 4 and run it to week 12..again..upramping doses every 2 weeks with a 2 day on 2 day off protocol using an ECA stack on the 2 off days

T3: start it 6 weeks out 50 mcg 2 days on 2 days off(use it on the clen days) and the goto ED the last 20 days of the cycle
GH: I would again upramp every 4 weeks..somthing like weeks 1-4 2 iu 2xday....weeks 5-8 2 iu 3xday...weeks 9-11 2iu 4xday....make sure to drop the GH the final week it aids in carb loading and water depletion
IGF-1: use it only the last 3 weeks(thats seriously all you will need it for....good dosing protocol would be 0.10 mcg/kg 3-5Xday(just go up each week)

estrogen control?? Adex and nolva work best I think with your compounds.. 0.5-1 mg Adex and 20-40 Mg daily of nolva should do the trick....and ya...proviron is great for overall hardness....i like to add it the final 3 weeks...but ive known guys who add it as far as 8 weeks out



diet? up the protien bud...and cycle the carbs..keep the fat minimal and primarily from healthy sources(CLA, MCT's, EFA's)...id go with at LEAST 350 g protein a day...rotate the carbs low/med/high to make sure the metabolism is burnin non-stop and weight loss is no more than 2 lbs a week

Wulfgar, ive never heard of running T3 2 days on 2 days off, even 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, it would make more sense to run a drug like T3 straight through on a ramp-up/ramp-down cycle. Let me know your reasoning behind this, Im curious.
 
the only reason I run T3 like that is to protect thyroid function. Rotating the T3/clen and the ECA stack like so tends to upregulate andrelgenic receptor function. I find that using Tricana on non T3 days works very well also. Clinically Ive noticed a combination of t-2,t-3 and t-4 is superior to just running str8 T3 continuously. Ive also found that running T-3 in a 2 days on 2 days off fashion lowers the amount of muscle tissue catabolised during dieting phases and lessens the need for ridiculously high levels of protien, GH, testosterone and other anabolic chemistry to counteract the catabolic effects of excess Thyroid levels. Another benefit is constant blood plasma T-3 levels. I do beleive in running T3 for "up to" 21 days consecutively. But if your going to run it for periods longer than 6 weeks. a cyclical upramping dosage would be wiser, safer and more effective imho.
