Had my first workout last night. Just did some squats & some shoulder stuff. Did just over 2/3 of my preop stuff. No probs except for weakness (it's been 3 wks since any weight training).
Saw my Doc today. He's got me scheduled to go back to work the beginning of next week. Too bad I've already been back 2 wks. I'm also not supposed to lift anything over 11# until I got back to work. Guess I'll have to stop doing those 215# squats.
I'm really looking forward to getting back into it. I can't afford therapy, so iron is all I gots.
