I pretty much blew it the last day and had a lot of beer the night before and fast food coming home, and not enough water. Looked at the scale and gained 10 pounds, arrrrr but I know all is not lost. Back at it again tomorrow hard. No more room for cheats now. smack me upside the head if I do. I figure all the workouts and hiking made up for it, or at least that is what hubby is trying to convince me off. It was worth it though I missed the kids so much we almost came home a day early. Taking them to the lake for the day tomorrow. It is HOT here +32.
oh yeah, didn't get to run my 8k, I hurt my back,arrrrrrrrrr. But the hike up the mountain was 6k and we did it in a hour so I think that made up for it.
