Ya I might run some of those exercises. With my ack its all trial and error. I HATED late pull downs. NEVER had a burn or even felt good doing them. Until last week I cranked out 2 sets and had a great feeling and was SORE throughout my whole back with just 2 HEAVY sets. I always mix it up with back constantly trying to find out what works. I like all rows, i just really have to constantly be careful of using my bis and CRUNCHIN the back.
