CityHick, whats up? Ive read you were gonna go buy a belt. IMHO, i wouldnt use one, except for my max max lifts. Such as when i go for 500. Just because a belt gives your back a false support. It keeps everything inligned, and creates a strong abdominal core. But what happens in real life when u got no belt.
If your afraid of an injury of the back, slow down the weight then. I would rather hit 370 raw then 400w/ belt. I just love knowing I lifted weight and i didnt need anything to help..
