I'd measure my arms, but the insulation would skew the results, LOL. I've never gotten 100 on curls. I have to use the kambered bar, or my forearms/elbows get fugged.

I havent used a kam bar in a long time. I used to use them for my skull crushers, but quit that awhile ago. Maybe I should try that out and hit the muscles from a different angle.

Today I was in the mood to lift. I got my military press up to about 75lbs for about 4 on my 4th set. Up from barely 60. Now I realize how dumb I was for skipping out delts. My curls are still at 95lbs for about 6 reps... hopefully I will be able to get 100 for 6 in a couple weeks. I am puttin on a little chub now that I am eating 24-7.
 
haha 6 days a week. I dont think its that. Eating to much maybe. Proboly. I will just cut back a little because I completely.

NEVERMIND.

Im weighing in at 207. I am happy! My buddy just said he doesnt think I have put on ANY fat and am lookin better then ever.
 
CityHick, whats up? Ive read you were gonna go buy a belt. IMHO, i wouldnt use one, except for my max max lifts. Such as when i go for 500. Just because a belt gives your back a false support. It keeps everything inligned, and creates a strong abdominal core. But what happens in real life when u got no belt.

If your afraid of an injury of the back, slow down the weight then. I would rather hit 370 raw then 400w/ belt. I just love knowing I lifted weight and i didnt need anything to help..

Just my opinion hick, its up to you
 
I dont like belts. I have never owned one. And I want one just for my Max lifts. I wore my buddies yesterday and liked it doing standing military presses. Theres just a couple of exercises I want one and of course my max lifts.

Any of you guys fuck with L-Glutamine?
