Well tonight I learned one thing for sure. I need to start workin out with my buddy when doing powerlifts. I went to squat today and really wanted to do 315 to the floor. Put the weight on, dont get me wrong it was heavy, and I started down and got about 1/2 way down and had a doubt in my head that I couldnt do it and it fucked me all up. So I didnt get it. I have been getting mental blocks. I cannot have any more distractions and worries when I lift. Fuckin pissed me off. On the other hand, I dead military press 135 X4 on a barbell. That is nothing to brag about but my delts are a big weakpoint im workin on. I am finally getting good pumps threw my ENTIRE back as well. And putting on some weight finally. Im bloated as well so I am kinda soft lookin. Oh well, shirts are getting WAY to small. God its a good feeling.
