Hopefully I can get a date with the wife tonight. She's workin crazy hours, lots of stress at work. Maybe I'll buy a massage table.
AM cardio takes a little while to get use to but try it, just get up, get out, and then it becomes easier ... practice ... I was NEVER always a morning person, it took some time .. and an AM bike ride could be just what you need to start the day off right ... my run this morning, after I finally woke up & dragged my @$$ outta bed (getting over being sick), it was Magnificent...
You can do what I do & set your alarm, roll over, pop your (2-3) CB, go back to bed & see if you just don't wake up 30 minutes later ... then AM cardio
