Comments on my girlfriend's diet.

Lestat I have used calorieking.com to look up foods too. They usually have a larger variety of things to go through. Once you find it in CKing you can enter it into fitday as a custom food. You have to pay for CKing if you want to log food but you can browse the food lists for free.

12:30 Snack 2: 1 Serv. Cottage Cheese (100) and Some sugar snap peas
2:00 Lunch: HUGE plate of chicken breast (400) and some grilled veggies and salad (100)
4:00 Snack (if I'm hungry) Fiber Muffin (80)
6:30 Dinner Chicken (250) and WW Na'an (250)
Softball game
10:00 Snack - Milk or Fruit (100)

Agreed.

Also, just an apple & just a muffin will really spike her insulin levels. Maybe she can add som PB to the apple.....or skip the apple & have some nuts

I agree with Bunny... drop the carbs late in the evening. And remember Dairy has some carbs too.
