My stats bros im 18 (turning 19 in 3 months)......6' 220 and bf% well maybe you guys could tell me i dont realy know....i took this pic becouse it end of diet and time to bulk cleanly for summer..... Any oppinoins apreciated...i only have this 1 pic btw... I know im not that big so no flames from ignorant people..jsu tlooking for coments..thanks much up front.guys.

I think the pic may have the illusion of making his waist look bigger because he's rolling his shoulders when he flexes which hides your lats. I'm sure if he did a front lat spread his waist would look much smaller.

You have a great base and what looks like pretty good genetics but then most Polish guys do. Thickness will come with time but I know a lot of guys who would have wanted to start where you are at 18.

Not bad, espcially for like 18-19. However its curious where you decided to "happen" to place your arms .... without seeing the chest/waist taper, a BF estimate is extremely difficult.

You could be tapered and ripped under there or have a big 'ole pouch too. LOL. I doubt that its either extreme.
