I wish i realy was just saying that to sound whatever...but ever sinc eive started workoing out i Realy feel smaller then when i had 13" pipes and not 1 lb of muscle at 15....i could wear whatever i wanted and etc..adn felt good....ever sinc ei started workoing out....each day when i put on ashirt... im thinking..o sshit..my triceps is small today..or damn..looks liek i got no bi-s etc.... probibaly in the mind.. next year i will try to get to 240 at same bf...but somehow i know i will still feel like shit..ui guess we all have this to some degree...BB is a damn sickness.... id rather have this sickness than any other though..

why does someone always need to say this no matter how lean the guy is? not a flame bro but he looks pretty lean to most people. staying in the single digits for bf and making gains is hard for most people, regardless of what drugs you are using. jelfa you are a freak for 18. keep up the hard work bro,luke
