My stats bros im 18 (turning 19 in 3 months)......6' 220 and bf% well maybe you guys could tell me i dont realy know....i took this pic becouse it end of diet and time to bulk cleanly for summer..... Only constructive critisim is:
Your definitly past your frames natural muscle capacity. I can see it in your face but mainly your shoulders. Your traps are great and so are your bi's. I would really hit your delts to make people get a real idea of your size. Shoulder frame is a huge part of looking huge (no pun intended).
Thats all I can say. Your doing great... just hit them and you would look more solid.
