Yo johnny, good to see you bro! Been a while! :D

I'm good bro, no longer working for the man which hasn't quite freed my time up as I'd liked! Lol! I AM getting plenty of kickboxing training in though cos I'm fighting for Britain at the end of the month in the world championships (you may have known already if you read my log...)

In terms of bodybuilding I've had to take a few steps backwards :( I was too heavy (not for my division as I'm super heavy anyways) I needed to drop the lbs to increase my speed and stamina. :D I don't look anywhere near as good as the last pic I posted but what the hey! I'll get back to it once I'm champ! Then lose it all again for the European champs next year!!!
 
I'm BACK!!!! Lmfao!

Ok so it's been like ever since I updated last so I'll give a run down of what my training day looks like.

AM 3.5km jog 20-23 mins (I think it's about 2.5 miles...?) followed by 10-15 mins skipping (jumping rope) stretching 1 hour.
Eat breakfast (high carb!)then a long ass, hot as fcuk bath!

Crack on with whatever things I have to do!

PM mon & thur is 1.5 hours kickboxing training which usually includes abs and Circuits. Tues,weds & fri it's 1.5 hours on stationary bike the 30 mins shadow boxing done in bouts of 3x2min rounds with 1 min break in between rounds and 4 mins break in between bouts. Finished off with stretching.

Saturday I train with my French mate in the park for 2.5 hours.
Including
150 squats @ bodyweight
60 press ups
60 dips off a park bench
20 mins skipping
Drills
Shuttle sprints
Abs
Sparring
Basically and literally EVERYTHING! And it fucks me up!
 
Last squad training day before the champs today. Gonna train till I puke!

Ok so we did 2 hours with a pro boxing coach and as I'm also a boxer I kicked ass big time!! Lmfao! After that it was pretty much pure kicking and I got back pumps like a mofo!

I'm feeling good, everyone has complimented my fitness, speed and flexibility. Which has improved a lot recently. Looks like I'm in with a good chance of being the fastest guy in my division :)
 
90 mins kickboxing today. I did 7 rounds on the trot :evil:

I'm down to 104kg (228lbs) bf is up to 11.4 :( but looks aren't gonna win me this thing more's the pity.

Tomorrow it's running, skipping and more fukin stationary bike!!!
