Circuit again. 30 reps per exercise in as many sets as necessary. As you can see I only needed 3 sets for squats but 5 for pull ups
Pull ups BW - 5,8,8,6,3
OHP 50, 52.5, 55, 57.5kg - 8,8,8,6
Clean 65kg - 8,10,8,4
Squat 92.5kg - 8,10,12
I increased OHP by 2.5kg (5.5lbs) each set. Everything else I kept the same throughout.
I've taken 2 N2slin and I'm waiting 30 mins before I eat.
