Yep yep. I must admit that I had a little help on rep #7 with 315. The 375 went up pretty smooth. It feels good to be making some progress after being back in the gym steadily for less than two months.

Yeah. All but my ring and pinky finger are in the smooth part of the bar. I'm wide enough that going super narrow where my hands are all but touching (which I've done with 315) does some real damage to my wrists. What I do is a legit narrow-grip bench. I had a 405 x 3 bencher spotting me and a 405 bencher looking on. They would have loved to have called me on it if I was cutting corners.
