i dont get it bro. you really are not gonna lift at all on your clen/t3 cycle? no cardio either? how long do you plan to be on it? if its a few weeks, your build is def gonna get flat as hell. this is my third week and i def look a little smaller but lost alot of fat. i think i have been doin too much cardio 4-5x a week at 30-45 min along with lifting 4x. should i cut it down to 3 and 3 you think? whats enough exercise to take advantage of this stack, and whats too much?
