Hey bro's going to start my first week of Clen/T3 next week....i have too much going on in the afternoon to workout so i find myself in the gym at 5am! what does everyone recommend as far as a diet on Clen/T3? also i jump right out of bed and go lift. Should i have some kind of protein before i go? i've been training on an empty stomach for the last couple of weeks, and eat when i get home...
