Sarge my problem is that i want it fast That how I hurt my shoulder lifting to much to soon If I diet and only lose a lb or two a week I get bored and start eating I need to lose a lb a day to keep me motivated so thats why I'll do atkins for 2 months then try to eat clean By the way I'm 54 and 6'2 my body fat was 26 @ 250 before I got injured down from 32bf
