need help first time clen user i have read that the average use is to work up to 100mg or 4 pills by increasing 1 pill each day but my question is do you take the 4 pills at the same time in the morning or do you take 2 in the morning and then 2 early afternoon
 
Much better to take the entire dose first thing in the morning, unless you do early morning cardio, if so take after that.

yeah, call 911 before you administer the 100mg

clen is dosed in micrograms (MCG).

Start slow (20mcg)...ramp up over 2 weeks... 100mcg sounds fine.

When i tried it i stopped at 80mcg... it's not for me, I prefer ECA for a stimulant.

ECA can be turned on and off... clen has a 36 hour half life. Good luck.
 
i just read that you should do 2 days on 2 days off and 2 weeks on 3 weeks off what do you think the best cycle and do you agree that you should take it all in the morning Thank ( I did mean mcg )

Alot of people when I researched it went 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, the 2 weeks off you can use some kind of OTC fat burner like Thermorexin.

Some people like to spread out the dosage, some don't.

Personally I took it all in the a.m.... see what works for you.

I haven't seen 2 days on 2 off.

I'll lay out a dosing scheme that's similar to those usually used:

day 1: 20mcg
day 2: 30mcg
day 3: 40mcg
day 4: 50mcg
day 5: 60mcg
day 6: 70mcg
day 7: 80mcg
day 8: 90mcg
day 9: 100mcg
day 10: 110mcg
day 11: 100mcg
day 12: 80mcg
day 13: 70mcg
day 14: 60mcg

Dosages will vary from user to user, you don't have to pyramid down near the end, if you find that you like it at 90mcg... keep it there for a few days and bump up if need be. If you experience alot of side effects at 60mcg keep it there, ect and bump up after a few days or discontinue use if need be.

Be smart about it.

And make sure you buy some Taurine and potassium before u start the Clen.
 
thanks Sarge I need to lose 50 lbs I'm now at 271 and want to be at 220 I'm recovery from shoulder surgery so I will be another 6 weeks before I can get back in the gym so my plan is to do atkins and maybe 2 cycles of clen to get it done

No problem.

whoa... you won't even notice some of the muscle hardness with that much extra weight on u bro.

Have you got a quality training program (besides most upper body because of shoulder, you can squat :) ) for yourself and cardio?

Atkins... eh. Start eating clean, quality foods and you'll see some results, cut out all the crap liquid calories (no soda, booze, ect).

Drink water all day long, you'll loose a good amount of water weight and bloat if you haven't already.

Just saying you can get result without using supplements for right now, save the supplements for when you hit a plateau.

Change in one's body comes from the power of diet and training first and foremost.
 
Sarge my problem is that i want it fast That how I hurt my shoulder lifting to much to soon If I diet and only lose a lb or two a week I get bored and start eating I need to lose a lb a day to keep me motivated so thats why I'll do atkins for 2 months then try to eat clean By the way I'm 54 and 6'2 my body fat was 26 @ 250 before I got injured down from 32bf

Losing a pound or week will yield you the best results, because you'll have enough calories a day to maintain as much muscle mass as possible. If you're looking to lose more, you're going to maintain a lot of fat and drop muscle....not a smart option at all, because you'll still look terrible even if you drop 50lbs. If you get bored losing 1 - 1 1/2lbs a week, then you might as well stay at your weight because dropping 50lbs losing 5-6lbs a week, youre not going to be that happy with your results.
