[FONT="]I've taken L-Glutamine many different time over the last few years and have come to a crazy conclusion. First, I truly do believe it has a spot in the supplement world to help with clearing muscles of lactic acid and helping with general muscle metabolism. But, the wierd thing is ,,,, I've found that I can't take it in the late afternoon of evenings before I go to bed or I can't sleep. It seems like I just can't turn my mind off! I might be tired as hell but my mind won't slow down enough to let me sleep. As long as I take it before lunch I'm fine. Anyone experience anything like this or is it just me.[/FONT]
