Clearing muscle lactic

[FONT=&quot]I've taken L-Glutamine many different time over the last few years and have come to a crazy conclusion. First, I truly do believe it has a spot in the supplement world to help with clearing muscles of lactic acid and helping with general muscle metabolism. But, the wierd thing is ,,,, I've found that I can't take it in the late afternoon of evenings before I go to bed or I can't sleep. It seems like I just can't turn my mind off! I might be tired as hell but my mind won't slow down enough to let me sleep. As long as I take it before lunch I'm fine. Anyone experience anything like this or is it just me.[/FONT]

you are listening a bit too much to bro science and outdated information

you get lactic acid while you train, but soreness is NOT caused by lactic acid. it is caused by micro tears in the muscles and inflammation

the best way to cure soreness is quality sleep
