OK well im 190 lbs, im going to do a clean bulk
i worked out my macros 367 g carbs/ 250 - 270 g protein and 50 - 60 g fat

however i looked at eating wholegraiin/brown bread sandwiches with tuna, making the the night before to eat them thruought the day

it sed 2 slices = 22 grams rite?

so i made 10 sandwiches with 1 can of tuna each

totally
250 grams of carbs
250 grams of protein

thats nearly a LOAF of bread, does this seem correct, thtat ALOT of food..

It's Sunday. Give it till tomorrow evening for some more experienced people on the diets.

As for my two cents......A lot of the "healthy" bread really isn't. I would put boiled eggs and egg whites in with the tuna and put two cans to a sandwich(I know it seems like a lot but bring a spoon to eat excess) Also i would do chicken breast, sweetpotatoes, and vegetables at several meals. Also natural peanut butter is a good option....ill put big spoonfuls on fruits, on toast, or plain. Eat healthy and lots of it.

What's the first ingredient listed for that bread?

That does sound right with your macros, but you should get some variety in there man.

Personally, my carbs are mostly fruit and fibrous vegetables, not grains.

well you picked a fairly low carb bread to begin with.

but the answer is yes, if u are going to take in that level of carbs but pick a "lower" carb food to do it with, yes you got to eat nearly a loaf of bread to meet that target. whats not right about this is that it looks like ur choosing to eat sandwiches all day instead of a variety. where's ur shakes, fruit and yogurt, etc? imo too many carbs in these things unfortunately.

trust me on this, and im too tired to get too deep into this right now... if you truly think that eating a fucking loaf of bread is a clean bulk then you are going to find out very quickly just how truly ridiculous that is... macros may add up on paper but trust me they are other things you are not understanding... yeast in bread, flour, etc... there are many many other factors bro... trust me on this, you are way off base thinking that anything about it is clean... because its not...

Hmmm fair enough, yeah i was kind of thinking its a bit wack! so im putting reality and paper and gettin an average going good so far, im currently on the 4th week of test e and im 205lbs, (190 lbs - 205 lbs, up 15lbs) :) no noticeable fat gain as of yet, another 6 weeks to go :)
