CKD dieters

for the past month ive cut out major carbs in my diet and about to start a ckd diet in a week or 2...ive heard that fat loss is extremely fast during this diet, but i was wondering if its sustainable......anyone who's tried a ckd diet, have you had any experience in gaining fat afterwards?
thanx for your reply

if you eat carbs again you will get fat again. Fat loss is sustainable if you live low carb for the rest of your life.

U can eat carbs again afterwards. Losing/gaining weight is VEry simple. If you have a calorie excess, you will gain weight. If you have a deficit, you will lose weight. The extent of your training and lifestyle will dictate how this weight is dispersed but as for your question, yes. If limit calorie consumption to maintanence level i.e. ~ bw x 15 depending on your rmr... you can keep your fat level constant while reintroducing carbs into your diet regimine. It helps to gradually reintroduce carbs, however, remember your body has changed its energy source for several of it's favorite functions during a ckd.
