4 weeks i think i could handle... if i could drop 8-10 pounds in that time, that would be ideal to me...
must read more though...
I think for the first 2 weeks your body is still getting adjusted, I have seen people run this diet for 3 weeks and see no results, and then all of a sudden they drop fat like Ive never seen. I guess peoples bodys click in at different times. Ive seen people lose about 5 lbs of water weight, stall for the next week and a half of their first 2 weeks, get upset about it, then the next week, they drop like 4lbs of fat. CKD is one of those things that everyones body will adjust to differently, but I will say that it pretty much works for everyone as long as u have your diet down. Id say stick to it for at least 3 weeks until you start seeing any real results, or at least to make a judgement on if you think it's for you, results come faster or slower for you depending on how your body reacts to it.
Its a pretty simple diet honestly, you just have to have alot of will power to bang through it. I dont even do a carb up for the first week, some people go 2 weeks before doing their first carb up.
It's whatever you think you can take, diet and training are def strict for best results as with any diet. I do about 3 days of moderate cardio, 2 days of hit, and 3 days lifting. My first time running a CKD I lost about 22lbs in 2 months. Then I hurt my shoulder and gained some weight back, but thats my fault for getting depressed about it. The Diet def showed some results, fat loss while sparing muscle, I think I accually added some LBM.
