I get very broody when I read things like that, and I can hear my clock ticking LOUDLY (i'm still hanging on to 34), I'd love a wee girl, it sounds such fun to go shopping with her, thats lovely. :)

I was told not to drink water before BF test, they do a bodypod test near me and they had specific instructions not to do that. (i've still not worked up the courage to go, i'm pathetic)

you should go, it is a good place to start. I like it better than looking at the scale, however, being a woman, we al know we do, arrrr.

That will learn you eh!, have you had short hair since then? I have only cut my hair short 3 times in my life, I am actually thinking about it again, but I might just be a rebel and go bleach blonde for the summer again!

You should be very proud, I was talking to hubby and I told him, it is inbread in woman from an early age and it sucks! I am glad that the clothes have been fitting well, nothing more satisfying to know all your hard work is showing. I seen your pics, you hottie! :heart:

Yeah I never cut my own hair... my mom kept me in a boy haircut till I was like 10... I used to stare in the mirror hoping I would see it grow! I was traumatized... Only 2 of my Barbie's got a hiarcut. Jem, and one of the Rocker dolls that looked Asian. I have all my Barbie stuff. I was 16 and still had friend's coming over wanting to play with my Barbie stuff. My mom would look at them like, "O.k. how old R U?" So they began asking me before I would even get in the house so she wouldn't give them that look. I had a house my dad built that was taller then me until I was about 13/14.... Had all the cool stuff (Mercedez, corvette, Jeep, Rolls Royce, '57 Chevy, 2 bathrooms (one had running water), 2 living rooms, the Barbie Gym, Backyard with grass, 2 bedrooms, a kid's room, a kitchen, and on and on... I have over 75 Barbie's total. I was a freak... It was my thing though growing up. Definitely played with them all too! So that's why even at 16 my friend's wanted to play with it. I'm sure if I still had it set-up I would still have people wanting to play with it.

The homemade Barbie houses are SOOOO much better! You can get as detailed as you like.
I wanted a Barbie one at first but after my parents made that one... I'm really glad they did. I have all the stuff just not set up.

She couldn't do the bodyfat today, it will have to be sometime this week. I am not allowed to weigh myself at all until next month.

She was very cool. Very natural, no supps allowed, no protein shakes nothing, and at this point that would probably be the safest thing to do for myself. Hubby is going to finish off the protein shakes for me.

She showed me her accomplishments for herself and her clients, I have to say I was impressed.

She actually told me to get a belly button ring for the comp! A lot more food than I am used to but I am hoping my workouts will improve cause I won't be starving so much.


here is the new program for this week, it is going to be changing weekly, more sets and reps and only two days off but for the first week...


WEEK ONE June 12-18
-All exercises 3x8 rest 1 min inbetween (yahoo no more 15, or 20 for awhile)
-60 minutes cardio everyday but days off

- I have to sleep on my back with a low pillow and a pillow behind my knees to get my shoulders back

-I have to start with my weakest arm first cause I am very left hand dominant and my left arm is bigger than my right. Use what ever weight I can handle for my right, for my left kinda thing.

- she is going to start practicing posing with me next month, the suits and everything she has a handle on!

- and I forgot AB exercises everyday, she doesn't care what but everyday!

needless to say 100 percent better than my last trainer, this one is there for me!

Wow, this Barbie stuff brings back some memories! I had the Barbie hotel that was like 5 stories tall and had an elevator in it. I had the vet and the bubble bath bathroom too. The bathtub had a bubble maker in it...pretty cool.

 
My eyes kinda' popped out at the 60% carbs......on the other hand, you're doing 60 min. of cardio 5x a week.

Let us know if you see a difference with the carbs in the first week - or if you're staying the same or making progress......curious!

 
Maybe she means 1.5 cups of cooked oatmeal as opposed to dry?? Could that be messing up the numbers??

Does fit day weigh cooked or dry, she does mean cooked, I am going to have to try again, I looked at it for an hour last night, I must be missing something, my totals were 3500 calories by the time I imputed all the food!

I am a geek but the bubble bath bathroom is sooo cool, I feel like a little girl again. I will let you know how the carb thing goes!

I actually did weights today and I was no sweat factory so I am almost scared but it was nice to be able to do cardio right after and give it my all. The amount and duration of the weights last time was killing me after awhile since I was doing 20/15 reps since march. My trainer this time around wants me to really concentrate on my form now.

This will be my last log entry.

Well gals/guys it certainly has been a journey! But well worth it! As you can see from the pic, we took a quick trip to the mountains and again a short trip but well worth it!

In the time I have come to find this website, I have met some wonderful people here. You have made me realize the potential that I have and I have enjoyed getting to know your daily routines, lifes and opinions. I have learned a lot! You are ALL amazing!

I was going say some special things about some people on here, but I am worried I will leave others out, and I am pretty sure everybody knows how I feel.

Anyway, I will be on for a while here and there trying to figure out how to give my karma away.

Everyone DO NOT panic ... CK wants you all to know you guys are truly awesome! Everything is going to be ok and do NOT WORRY ... she cannot talk about what is going on at this moment... we need to respect her privacy & concerns & trust she is doing the right thing ... She does not like saying goodbye & really did not expect this much of a response & again, THAT can be overwhelming ... I WILL update you when she is ready to talk to me and PLEASE don't think she is avoiding you, she is trying to get to as many PM's as she can .... she is very overwhelmed in a positive way by the well wishes and support... and AGAIN, she says not to worry ... I will update you all for her when she is ready , if she doesn't decide to do so herself ... At this point I don't know any more than you do ... Ok, I am back! no just joking :)

Alright, got some quite time, girls are napping. This will be my last post. I will repost it in the Comp 2 as well.

Thank you for everybodies well wishes, and I am overwhelmed at the response I was given to stay. You will never know how much that means to me.

Everybody knows about my health issues, well, they are not getting any better, and I am not getting any younger :) I would explain but it takes too long. But, I am not dead yet so don't worry! I hope not to go anywhere for a long time! Believe me, I am still going to be working out, eating right and actually still going to try compete if my cards are right!

Anyway, after a very great weekend and some time away with my hubby we were able to talk about the future and what lies ahead. We need to get a lot done in a very short time and I am going to be super busy.

I just didn't want to stop posting without a proper goodbye.

I love all of you here! and I think my hubby does to! :heart:

It is bodybuilding with the CNBB, competition is September 16th, I have some leway cause if I don't make that one, there is one on October 7th with ABBA.

Cardio=60 minutes treadmill

I will be there to read it! got to go... clean the house, grocery shopping, pick up daughter from grandma's house, go for a bike ride with my son and let my hubby make some important phone calls today, he is quitting his job!
