My true food fetish would have to be Japanese. That food is so fresh when they cook it in front of you, you have to eat it all. Nothing better than fresh veggies cooked right! Only problem is those places are too expensive, considering the wife and kids want to go if I even mention it. My 5 year old can tear up some filet mignon!
