Chest workout with shoulder injury

Can anyone give me some chest exercises that won't hurt my shoulder?

My shoulder hurts most during flat bench, shoulder press, and dips.

I'd like to continue training and I really don't mind doing silly exercises or light weights - I'm open to anything to as long as it keeps my chest growing!
 
You better assess how badly the shoulder is injured. If it's bad see your doctor, the shoulder is a very delicate joint and can be injured further if you don't take care of it and rest.

Next you need to do shoulder rehab when you are ready, specifically targeting your rotary cuff. YouTube: shoulder rehab.

After I hurt my shoulder from barbell benching I took a month off and did shoulder rehab. I came back and started doing dumbbell press with a neutral grip (palms facing toward your body) I built up my strength and now I always do a long shoulder warmup before benching, and I'm pushing more than ever.

I see a personal trainer tomorrow who specializes in injuries and has had similar shoulder issues.

I can't afford the doc at the moment :/ would cost upwards of $3-400.

It isnt that bad I don't think. After a week of icing it feels 90%

I have been doing rotator cuff exercises for the past 3 months with great success except for the external rotation? From belly button to straight out with cable resistance. This one does hurt and I've seen on youtube that that specific one can exasperate the anterior shoulder joint pain.

I can bench if I dont go all the way down or use lighter weights - if I'm feeling 100%. This is what leads me to believe its scar tissue/adhesions. Will report back this evening.
 
I tore my ac joint in my shoulder had to stick to only decline smith machine and incline db/barbell. No flat at all. No flys. No crossovers. And rehab the shoulder
