chest question

ok heres my deal, i have been lifting for awhile, i am pretty strong..but cant seem to flatten out my chest, or make it really muscular. Its kinda like i have some "man boobs" and i hate that..they are kinda flabby and i also hate that. Is there anyway to decrease the mass, and flatten? My bench max is at about 260lbs. I am 6'3'' and weigh 202lbs...all i want is for my chest to flatten and become muscular but it wont. Any tips? Thanks
 
Clean up your diet, decrease calories to loose fat... chest fat sucks, I KNOW... probably had it since I was 13, so it's going to be a bitch to loose. I'm sure you might be in the same boat. It's not easy.
 
Well you just have to loose fat and diet. No one likes to deit but for some its not an option. Although I am fat I dont have what most people call "man boobs". Its just how your body holds its weight. But i could tell you all about having a spare tire :) . I only bench 210 at 197lbs (huge weakpoint for me in strength) and my chest doesnt look to bad. Obiously you got some muscle but thats the easy part. Get a good diet and cardio plan set up. With hard work you will be happy in no time.
