ok heres my deal, i have been lifting for awhile, i am pretty strong..but cant seem to flatten out my chest, or make it really muscular. Its kinda like i have some "man boobs" and i hate that..they are kinda flabby and i also hate that. Is there anyway to decrease the mass, and flatten? My bench max is at about 260lbs. I am 6'3'' and weigh 202lbs...all i want is for my chest to flatten and become muscular but it wont. Any tips? Thanks
