Chest Question - Heavywear Etc How Do I Stop My Delts Doing All The Work???

I would switch to dumbbells for a month and see if you dont "feel" them more in the chest. You can hit a different groove with them and really stretch in the bottom, below where the bar would normally touch. Give it a go for 4 weeks, nothing to lose...

I would suggest trying dips leaning forward, flaring your elbows out to the sides, and not locking out at the top to reduce tri involvement. I would also suggest adding declines, dumbbell and barbell and maybe smith machine. Good luck!

Ok this is what I came up with, I am going to drop barbell as my primary exercise and do incline dumbells first after pre-exhaust then flat bar second:

2SETS OF 20 CABLE CROSSOVERS ((pre-exhaust))
2SETS INCLINE DB
2SETS FLAT BARBELL
2SETS DIPS

plain and simple

I will let everyone know how it goes
I will bring in declines if this does not workout

look ok?

I would suggest trying to preexuast your pecs with another movement. For example pec-deck flyes then flat barbell presses. Good luck.
