Hi all,
i was doing shoulders this morning and i was doing shrugs and in the middle of my set i feel tihs intense pain in my right pec near the center.
I toughed out the set and wen onto my next one but the pain was too intense had to cut the workout short,
did some deep static forward dips to try and stretch out it seemed to help but now even sitting here if i look down it hurts
has anyone experienced this before, is it muscle strain or maybe a pull?
