Now if this is what you are asking... I would recommend lifting weights... that isn't being sarcastic either... if you are only doing calisthenics, it isn't going to 'work'. So use freeweights... bar bells, and dumb bells...
When I clicked on this thread, I was expecting to read some crazy shit about somebody and their friend doing 4 sets of Bench, Incline & Decline DB presses, then doing drop sets on Cable Crossovers till their chests were numb, not "Dude, push-ups are not giving me the massive pecs I want".
