I work out 5 days a week. My workouts are pretty intense, but I am not gaining size in my chest. I have gotten a lot stronger, but no size. My back, arms, shoulder, legs are all getting bigger. My chest is falling behind. My chest workout looks like this:
Dumbell Bench 3x8
Incline Dumbell 3x8
Cable flies 3x8
Dips 3xfailure
Can you guys add or give me some tips to help expand and add mass to my chest.
Another problem I have is abs. I do abs every other day. Although I can feel all my abs I am unable to get rid of the belly fat. I am not by any means over weight, it's the only part of my body with fat. But I can't get my lower abs to show. Can you guys give me some tips?
