When I was younger I would never ear cottage cheese. Now I love the stuff.

I have it with grape jam, peanut butter, fruit salad, fruit juice, grated sharp cheese.

lately I've been making a desert at night using cottage cheese, mixed frozen fruit and splenda.

lazagna:

whole grain noodles, shit loads of riccotta, shit loads of extra lean ground beef, part skim mozarella, verry little sauce

just thought it up reading the thread. its gotta be good. next weakend i will give it a shot.
