I was wondering what you guys thought of this.
Sunday-3x8 flies
barbell curls 3x8
Monday-DE bench
2 tri movements
1 shoulder movement
barbell rows
Tues-ME Sq/Dl
Thurs ME Bench
Fri-DE Sq/Dl
It's basically WestSide.But I wanna get a really thick chest and arms.I was thinking if I beat the hell outta my chest and arm on sunday,I can get some active recoery on monday.Speed benching would pump some fresh blood into my chest to get it to recover,kinda like rowing to pump my biceps.Now you guys dont think this is too much stimulation is it?
