Wow, George Spellwin, that's pretty cool!! Thanks again everyone!! I have learned so much and actually started logging my meals on FitDay which I never even knew existed before coming here. In my 8 years of bodybuilding I have never logged meals (but logged by workouts from day 1) so this is monumental to me. I want to post them here also, but I need to commit to cleaning the diet up a little more so that the feedback I get back on this forum is put to good honest use. I have cleaned the diet up some since beginning Fitday, but I can't get past that cheescake in the refridgerator . Once it''s gone, the commitment begins
