Thanks! That was last year. Since them I had quit taking creatine and glutamine and dropped about 5 to 10 lbs on each of my back exercises. I lost a little size since then but I've started back on creatine and have gotten my motivation back on track to crank it up again. Thi site has helped me so much. Everyone is so friendly.
