one I eat all too often is Ramen noodles with tuna fish. Drain the water add enough flavoring(not too much, all sodium) to help choke down the tuna. Then stir in tuna. Reg crappy tuna you can get it done for under $1. Use the chunk white like I do and it still under $2.
