Cardio and Leaning up

Hey,

I'm in the middle of trying to drop some lard. I've done tons of keto diets in the past, and they work for me, but I don't think it's the best choice this time. How much cardio is to much? I'm lifting hard as well, but on some days I do cardio twice. Run on the road early in the day and eliptical rider or stationary bike at night. Is this to much? Is heavy cardio the most efficient way to lean up. (In addition to not eating like a jack ass, of course)

TO answer your question directly: there is no real number, but I always say more then 1hour daily is too much, unless you're a pro.

This may not work for everyone, but i do 2 30 minute sessions and it works well. Sometimes when i dont have time then ill do one 1 hour session or something like it.

I think the most important aspect of cardio is first thing in the morning when you wake up on an empty stomach with some type of fat burner ( clenbutrx works best )

I used to do only cardio when I got home from work, and results were alright, they weren't too quick in coming and nothing REAL drastic, but as soon as I got the tip to do a.m. cardio, I started to lose fat REAL QUICK. Cardio, however, is only one aspect, and second or third only to DIET. CKD + YACES stack + Yohimburn = SERIOUS fat loss.

Carb-Ups ARE important though, I hit 'the wall' while on a 5 month straight - strict keto diet, but once I carbed up and resumed a proper CKD, My clothes refused to fit. Time to go to oldnavy.com again! ( or unless this damn 5-htp/inositol kicks in, I'll actually be able to go to a real live store ! yeah! )

IMO..best options:

1. 30mins interval training on an empty stomach first thing in the morning

2. 20mins after weight training.

do cardio everyday...but make sure it has some variety or you'll over work muscles and get injured. ie walk, run, interval, bike etc etc

Thanks to everyone for the input. I've always thought morning cardio on an empty stomach was key. The problem is getting into such a miserable routine. Once into it it's probably not that miserable, huh?
