I want to begin a cutting cycle so I deciced to add 1hour/day (5 days/week) of cardio after my training because it's the only moment I can do my cardio...is that bad doing cardio after training?
I'll add kynolesen (+maybe an ECA stack)....
what do you think about it?

Sounds good. Best thing is first thing in the morning, but I guess the 2nd best option would be after weight training. I'll be taking EAS's BetaLean HP for my EAS stack, hopefully it will get good results.

If you are dieting and lifting regularly, you don't need that much cardio, especially after a workout!! An hour of cardio after every workout is WAY too much!! It will negatively affect your muscle gains.

Stick to about 20-25 post workout, 3x/wk. You can go longer in the mornings, but even then I'd not go over 45 minutes, again, assuming you're also dieting and lifting regularly.

Agreed. 20 to 25 minutes of intervals is all you need after some intense lifting (moderate weight with higher reps and quick pace between exercises). I´m doing that right now and I wipes me out.
