Are carbs really that bad for getting cut? The rice the Survivor people ate didn't' seem to make any of them fat, since their calories were so low. Is it total calories, or the source of those calories that matter the most?
Its total calories but the reason WE as BBs also look at where they are coming are.
1. WE need to preserve our hard earned muscle. Which gets harder to do so as you get further aboce your bodies natural untrained amount.
2. We need to keep our energy lvls high so that our training doesn't suffer.
3. We tend to be more concerned about our overall health "well kind of" if a temporalily unhealthy means grants us the ability to lose fat w/o muscle we will take that means to and ends.
