It sounds silly, you will get just a little fat. I tried eating 5000 and then bumped it up to 5500 to 6000. I gained a lot of fat weight. Got a hell of a lot stronger though. You will be so full all day long you will not feel like eating. I have never dieted so hard to get the weight off, never again. It took me so long to get back to a comfprtable bf% I had lost most of the strentgh I gained. But good luck either way.
