carbs going from 300grams to 800grams+ adrol...

so how do you bros think my body is going to re act when my body goes from taking in 300 grams of carbs a day and about 3500-4000 cals

to 800+ grams of carbs...plus 8000+ calories+ abombs


is this going to be too crazy of a jump....?talk about a rush of glycogen to the muscles!
 
It sounds silly, you will get just a little fat. I tried eating 5000 and then bumped it up to 5500 to 6000. I gained a lot of fat weight. Got a hell of a lot stronger though. You will be so full all day long you will not feel like eating. I have never dieted so hard to get the weight off, never again. It took me so long to get back to a comfprtable bf% I had lost most of the strentgh I gained. But good luck either way.

well i gained 20 lbs in a month... and 2 months later am at 204 7% bf kept almost all of my size... and can still dead lift 550lbs.....

You're not telling people that you gained like 18lbs of lean mass in a month, right? You mean you gained 20lbs in a month, then lost 18 of them or so but got down to 7% bf and kept up good waist and other measurements, right?

number one i didnt say i gained any specific amount of muscle mass

i did gain a large amount of size


now my weight is down and my size is almost the same and ive got veins poppin out like crazy


idk what you call that....? but i love it! :chomp: :chomp: :chomp:
