so, out of seven meals a day I eat 5 with (low) carbs and the last two are protein and fat only. I regurlarly eat 3 brown rice and some sort of meat or fish meals and 2 oatbran and protein powder meals. The problem is that after a while, brown rice can get tiring. I'm looking for something to help me (and anyone else in the same rice boat) get some variety a couple times a week. List some clean carb sources that can be used in a meal in place of brown rice.
