Can't do squats or any legwork. Wanna workout back. Asked the doc about deads he said no way.
So i have decided to do barbell rows and good mornings. Any other GOOD back exercise i can do without bending my knee(i feel if i can hold my leg in a fixed position)
Any suggestions about a dynamic day?
No deads, no dynamic or should i just do it with rows and see what happens. don't wanna try it too much with good mornings because i will fall on my ass.
