I am having problems maintaining weight. I am 6'0 and about 198lbs on a good day. Here is my diet and training schedule.
6:30 1 bally's energy and a Meal replacement shake.
9:30 1 bagel with egg (and sometimes sausage..yeah, I
know...but I can't help it.)
12:30 1 Huge grlld chicken sandwich on a sub roll with a side
dish of pasta and grilled chicken...(I know it is a lot for one meal but sometimes I save the pasta for a 2:00 snack.. It's cajun pasta with chunks of grilled chicken..all for $5.50
then I dont eat until 5:00
5:00 can of chicken or tuna and bbq sauce.
workout 7:00
9:00 bally's protein bar
10:00 another can of tuna or chicken
sleep by 11:30.\
Any advice would be appreciated. This is pretty much all that I can afford. As for the bally's bars....My buddy works there and he gets me all of that shit for free...Please help.. I am losing mass and getting weak. I can't understand why. My stress levels are lower than ever. I am eating cleaner than I used to but I guess things are a little different when your 18.. Oh. and I am only 27 now....should I be training different because of that.
