Hello all i have a current 3 day split going as listed below.
My goal is an increase in hyper trophy as well as some strength.
My question is would it be to much volume to simply go every other day as opposed to taking two days off after the third workout. If I lifted on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; Essentially starting again Sunday with what would normally be Monday's workout a bad idea? Too much volume?
Monday
- alternate standing DB press. 3x10 **********-
- bent over barbell rows ******3x10 *******-
- Bulgarian squat ***3x10
- calve raises. *********3x10
- reverse flies. *******3x10
- bicep curls. ************3x10
- leg extensions 3x10
Wednesday
- lat pull downs 2x10
-Incline *bench press 3x10
- chest supported rows 2x10
- step ups. 3x10
- leg extensions 3x10
- reverse grip bench 2x10
Friday
Military press 2x10
Arnold press 2x10
Squat 3x10
RDLs 3x10
Bench press 3x10
pull ups 4 sets
Preacher curls 3x10
Single leg squat 3x8
Lateral raises 3x10
