Can Water Hinder absorbtion of certain foods when drank with a meal? I mean i read something somewhere where it did. This doesn't seem to make sense. Can anyone give some advice?
absolutely, positivly not. If anything h2o will speed up metabolism thus helping aide absorption of macro and micro nutrients. I believe that there is a recent study out there now, and it shows that with h2o restricted individuals whom weight train metabolism can slow down by as much as 40% - just my $0.02...
