can anyone help?

Thanks alot guys you've all been huge helps. I'll go to the gym dr the rest of this week and take it easy just finish off the super 20 squat rep thing and then take a week off. I'll start with those exercises and I'm gonna try for a good diet. What happens after the third week when I've finished with the heavier weight? Continue with the same weight for the next weekthen go higher?

start over again/ repeat the process

So say I was at 40lbs, first two weeks use that then went up to 60lbs for that week. Start over at.. 40lbs again for two weeks again then back to 60lbs? And when that gets too easy start using a little bit heavier weight for the high reps? Sorry I'm so full of questions.

Example: Bench Press 3 sets 6-12 reps lets say you get 100lbs for 6 reps, the next week stick with the 100lbs. only until you can get it 12 times once you get it 12 times up it to like 105lbs and then say you get it 8 times that means your staying at that weight for the next week until you eventually get it 12 times then up the weight again

you should not try a 20lbs jiump in weight

^^^ yes this. it takes a little guess work in the beginning. keep a log of weight and reps for each lift. that will help you.
