Ok, when April comes, im going to start to cut up a little. I'm not really changing my training around, but im added a little more cardio, eating just a little less, and taking xenadrine. Ok my question is, right now im doing 5x5 training, 4 days a week and im sure that burns alot of calories. I wanted to try out DC training, but that would only be 3 days a week, and would burn less. So should i just hold off on DC training for a few more months and stick with 5x5 or something that burns a good number of calories or what?
