i usually dont even bother fussing over calorie counting and all but im not sure im getting enough. i usually eat 5-6 clean, small meals a day. if im lifting 3 days a week and doing 70 min cardio 3 days a week what should be my calorie intake? i dont worry about eating too much...i worry that im not eating enough. im 5'5 123... looking to put on some more muscle and lose some fat ( like everyone else on the board-whats new right!? lol ) .....especially on my cardio days... i burn sooo many calories im not sure i eat enough to compensate. word of wisdom anyone!?!? thanks
