Calipers anyone use them ?

I can;t really get accurate measurements with it I just tried and I got 10%,12%,13% and 12.5% so I have no idea which one of these is correct so if anyone used it before tell me how you use it because the instructions I got with it were garbage lol[/FONT]

Calipers are downright awful for trying to measure body fat %. They are an alright way to track fat loss progress though.

You should be doing 3 sites and taking an average. You also need to make sure you are getting the skin fold correctly.
