Thanks, its only a level 1 show so I pretty much expect to win

I wish you the best!! I am glad to see that you are finally competing. Always remember that balance is important. This means the relationship between the calves and the arms, the chest and the back.

Will you be competing as a light heavy weight or a HWT?

You could be a freaky light heavyweight.

Oh damn.......Oh damn.

:D

As alwaysm thanks spatts...

Louden, I figure I'll come in around 205-210lbs, which would put me in the heavies. I went to the show that I am going to do, last year and the heavies were all around 205, but all over 6', while I'm under 5'9"

Personally, I think you can cut the additional 7 to 10lbs to reach 198. . .If you can get rid of the water out of your system, you will have freaky cuts that will blow everyone off the stage!!

Your skin will be transparent and you will be able to show striations in your chest, delts, and lower back. The last thing you need is extra fat and water traped between the erectors and lats.

Even if you are 5'9" posing down with a guy who is 6'0" to 6'1" and 205lbs, you will still have a greater percentage of mass.

I say get extremely cut and bring out the dry vascular appearance.

Most guys on stage are hurting in back development. . .rear delts are non existant. Legs are also a problem.

At the show that I'm doing, heavies start at 180, so I'll be in that category no matter what I do. I'm not worried about weight, I'm coming to come in as shredded as possible, I just figure thats where I'll end up. I have fyre from the womens board getting me ready for the show, thats what she does for a living so I know she'll bring me in hard as nails. Legs and back are my stronger areas so I'm not worried there

so non-plats can see the big man.

Lookin good brother!

I remember that pic from about a year and a half ago. You've put on so much size since then. GREAT job. I remember a bunch of jabroni's on the board telling you that you needed to do this, and that to be able to compete. Who's laughing now! I knew you would just blow up. You will clean up at that show.

And no you do not look fat in that pic. Thats actually very close to how I look when bulking. And at 5'9 you are so much bigger. You will do real well. I wish you the best of luck, and I look forward to hearing about your victory.

Thanks bro, I didnt gain as much size as I wanted to, but hell, you never do....
