C-Ditty and Needsize??

What has happened to these two guys? They are extremely hard trainers and are filled with tons of knowledge, but it seems that they are hardly posting here.

I am not mad, I just miss their contribution. . .they always used to post their workouts and I like that a lot!!

Come back guys. . .we need you here for inspiration and motivation!!

Actually still bulking for it, the diet starts in July. I've just been busy with a new job. I'll try and post a fairly recent pic of my progress, if it works, its my at 235lbs, bf 10-12%(fatass). I cant post it fullsize as I dont have webspace to host it, but if anyone wants to post it full size for me feel free
