Hi there 2 u all, ive been visiting this forum and thought that i would say hello & introduce myself. I'm 37 years old, 5ft 5", weigh 118pds my bodyfat is 17% i know that cos ive just been to the gym and got it done ! ive just started bck at a gym 2wks ago after throwing in the towel 18mths ago at my old gym through having no support or guidance in my quest to do a figure show needless to say that gym closed down.After booking my hols for April i found another gym just to "tone up" as they say and hey presto ive been bitten by the gym bug again with the added bonus of avin Sharon ( the gym owner ) as enthusiastic as myself for me to compete.Anyway a few queries that i have for all you knowledgeable ladies out there #1 am i to old to get anywhere in this sport ? #2 i have a small amount of cellulite around my butt which's bugging the life out of me can anyone help? other than that the rest of me is comming on nicely. Oh ! i'm avin 5 meals daily 40/40/20 i take flax oil and creatine, also glutamine but when is the best time to take that ? Am i on the right track ? so much information out there and a lot of conflicting advice. Please help me & my butt !
